A video posted online by Anton Damhuis, the same motorcyclist that saved the day after his smash and grab video went viral says he always has his camera rolling and a motorcycle enthusiast.
As luck would have it his camera was rolling while being stopped by local police at a routine roadblock.
This is what he had to say about the incident;
Friday I was on my way home through Alexandra. Going down London Road I was stopped by the very last police officer in the “stop and go” just before the intersection of Canning Road. After checking my licence disk and drivers licence he asked me for some “cooldrink money”.
Got to love South Africa.
In another incident that made headlines earlier this month, two officers were caught red-handed after allegedly accepting from a member of the public in a Cape Town restaurant.
To the amusement of many, the arrest was captured on video and posted online, quickly going viral.
The 48-year-old police captain and a 56-year-old warrant officer can be seen being escorted out the establishment.
What’s happening now?
One officer can be heard saying.
Both men were charged with corruption and stripped of their badges in front of stunned patrons.
We understand the bribe was related to the return of a firearm to a member of the public.
Both videos can be watched below.
