Video footage has been shared online by a motorcyclist named Ettienne Pel. He is claiming in the series of videos that two traffic officers deliberately broke his number plate.

The post already has close to 2,000 shares in a matter of a few hours.

The back and forth continues and quickly escalates into a shouting match as the rider is adamant the officers have broken the law.

The traffic officials encourage him to follow them to the station to where they can talk out of the rain.

Ettienne, however, is having none of it as he continually asks for the officers for their appointment certificates, to which they refuse as they bring out a book ready to issue a fine.

The enraged motorcyclist goes on to point out that their vehicle is unroadworthy as things begin to escalate.

These officers want us to stand in the rain to give details while they sit in the car

He can be heard saying in the last 40-second clip.

Concluding his point again that the official’s vehicle is unroadworthy.

Details surrounding this incident are still unclear as a statement from the police and motorcyclist have yet to be issued.

Updates will be posted as we receive them.
